The business quickly grew and in 2014, Andrew, along with his sister, Erin Bellard, started Home Care Associates in Birmingham, Alabama. He has presented at national home care conferences and continues to be a leader in the home care industry for exceptional customer service and quality care initiatives. “Home care, or health care of any type, is often an overwhelming experience for clients and patients. So our focus at Home Care Associates is to help them through this process.”

Donna Logan, Care Manager
Donna Logan serves as the Care Manager for Home Care Associates. She has been in the Human Resource field since 1999 where it began at NAPA Auto Parts. She processed payroll, hired employees, and developed a love for the interaction with helping to develop valuable team members for the organization. She would oversee their training throughout their career path. During her 12 years there, Donna believed in strengthening that caring relationship with employees, while also ensuring policy and mission is being followed. When she began her career in the home care industry, that same thought process carried through. Donna began building trusting relationships with the clients and caregivers. She loves watching those she hires succeed, and grow into valued members of the Home Care Associates team. In addition to this, Donna enjoys seeing the relationships that are created between the caregivers and their clients as they then become like family.
